Barre Attack is a dynamic fusion of pilates, ballet and fitness. It’s a fun, challenging, whole body workout designed to give you fast results and a sexy body confidence.


Our Yoga classes are suitable for all body types and fitness levels from beginner right through to experienced. Choose one of four different class types.

Barre Attack

A dynamic fusion of ballet, pilates and cardio providing an all over body workout focusing on the legs, butt, thighs and arms. It’s a fast paced fun way to get into shape with no experience needed. Barre Attack targets the muscles that improve posture, increase strength, balance and flexibility.

There’s also a Barre Attack provided for Mums and Tots:  As a mum I understand that life with a tot can mean a lot of energy spent on another human being, and not a lot spent on yourself! Your little one needs to be by your side at all times, which is why classes like this are such a savior!

A dynamic practice which focuses on building strength, balance and flexibility. Each class is a little different giving variety to your practice and always challenging your body. All levels welcome as options and modifications are given throughout the class.


A creative flowing yoga practice which synchronises movement with breath. Designed to build strength, balance and flexibility, is suitable for all levels as options are given throughout the class.

Yin Yoga

A deeper and slower practice with poses/asanas which are held for longer periods of time 3-5 minutes. This practice targets the connective tissues such as ligaments, bones and joints. Suitable for all levels and is a great compliment to all dynamic workouts.


High intensity boxing circuit class which increases your heart rate and burns those calories.  A great workout for all fitness levels and a great way to get yourself fit ready for summer.

It’s an all over body workout experience which will leave you feeling satisfied and motivated!!
