A creative flowing yoga practice which synchronises movement with breath. Designed to build strength, balance and flexibility, is suitable for all levels as options are given throughout the class.
A deeper and slower practice with poses/asanas which are held for longer periods of time 3-5 minutes. This practice targets the connective tissues such as ligaments, bones and joints. Suitable for all levels and is a great compliment to all dynamic workouts.
Mums & Tots

Bring your little one with you to our beautifully crazy and fun “Mums & Tots” Barre Attack classes. Your little one may like to join in beside you, might happily play beside you, or can easily roam around the room within easy supervision of you.
Feel free to bring a blanket, books or toys if needed, and know that we don’t mind a bit of noise or an energetic child – it just adds to the joy!
